ticket has been canceled due to no response from you.
Vivan V: The Bill of sale
as been received and verified by the appropriate department and the there is
additional paperwork required to process the ticket.
They canceled the ticket?!!!! It's been less that a week Additional paperwork? So I asked.
Visitor: What additional
paperwork
Vivan V: I am sorry; there
is no information updated on the ticket regarding the required information.
Visitor: What?!
Vivan V: I would suggest
you to please contact our phone support at 1-800-726-7864 and ask to transfer
the call to the appropriate department by providing the service order number.
Vivan V: Is there
anything else that I can assist you with?
If the ticket is canceled how can I get to the appropriate department and if it says I need additional paperwork why can't they tell me what paperwork?
Needless to say I am one pissed off customer this morning. So tell all your friends in blogland - DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG!

What a mess! Hope you can resolve things soon. It's too bad that more companies don't understand that people talk to each other.
