We went from 50 F on Saturday to 23 F today. That's just no right. We might finally get snow on Friday, but I'm not holding my breath. The forecasters missed it last time. Told us we were getting 4 inches and we got nothing.
Next, let me say a great big ole Virginia welcome to all my new followers. I hope I reciprocated with everyone, but if I missed someone, please forgive me. The Grow Your Blog really worked and I'm still going through sites.
I worked on my hardanger this weekend and I have the first row of kloster blocks done the whole way around. I'm going to start on the inner row next. You know you're doing your stitching right when after you take the pictures and you're looking at them when you say to yourself "hey, that's the backside". I had to take a whole new set of pictures. Here are the piccies.
Finally, here is my best buddy. He strikes quite a pose doesn't he.
Thanks for stopping by!

More than happy to send some cold your way... It has been below 10 degrees consistently this month and it's getting old!
It's almost too cold to stitch! We aren't used to this anymore! I can't imagine mistaking the back for the front on any of my stitching. Nice work! And lovely cat....is he training to be a professional model?
Good Job Jan. Hope the snow passed you all again. We were in the 30's and 40's here in Central Florida and that is just wrong.
very nice hardanger. Love your cat!
What a handsome chap he is!
Pretty stitching :)
OMG it was just freezing in my neck of the woods this am! -28c and that's before taking the wind chill into consideration!
That's a lot of kloster blocks!
It was -47C with windchill yesterday morning. Today, we had a balmy -35C!
Great day to cozy up and do some stitching...and spring-dreaming.
Your hardangar work is lovely. I tried it twice, and while I really enjoyed doing it, I was off by 1 lousy stitch, and of course it didn`t line up. I hate frogging...
:o)

You've done a lot and a good job too on the Hardanger since the last stitch night. We finally got that snow last night, brrrr!
When I looked at the thermometer the other morning and it said "9" I was not amused. I moved to Virginia to get away from that! Great job on the hardanger and your stitching buddy is very handsome.
