I also have a new start. My previous post shows my beginning. Here is where I stopped yesterday.
I'm going to try to focus on this for the next few weeks. There are some new stitches in this that I haven't done before. I'm looking forward to learning these stitches. I'm using Janice Love's books for reference. If you want to do hardanger I recommend these books.
All in all a pretty productive month. I hope I can keep the momentum up.
Thanks for stopping by!

Everything looks great Jan. I am not, I am not, I am not going to pull out Hardanger :-)
Wow--I can't believe how much you got done on the peacock--and I'll have to see that hardanger up close... see you at stitch night (not this week, unfortunately!)
That is really a lot of great stitching in a month. Needles are on fire!
I've seen that peacock finished and framed. It's stunningly beautiful. However it fills me with dread just the thought of attempting it.
You get my heartfelt admiration for that!
Beautiful projects, I'm looking forward to see progress on all of them!
Awesome progress on PT!!! So nice to see someone working on that piece.
HOLY MOSES...look at that! It is gorgeous Jan...keep going!
I look forward to seeing your peacock, I am very taken with his design. Janice's books are well worth having on your book shelf.
Beautiful progress on the peacock, your were very busy. Can't wait to see the Hardanger again.
Great progress on both pieces. Looking forward to watching your progress on both of them.
Your peacock tapestry is looking wonderful!!!
WOW - the peacock is beautiful. I actually purchased and started this pattern years ago as my first ever cross-stitch project - way too ambitious for a beginner, (I don't know what I was thinking!) and since I made a few mistakes, I've never gone back to finish it. I can't wait to see the finished product.
