So I belong to a Facebook group about cross stitch stands. There is a lot of talk about the Millennium scroll frame made in England and the Quantum scroll frame made in I believe Estonia. They are both really nice but pretty pricey and the Millennium takes like 6 months or more to come in. The Quantum is a little faster than that. Also on the site Judy Odell of Just a Thought has developed her own stand and scroll frame. Right now the introductory price is $45.00 and you get two size bars. The small set you can put a 16 inch piece of fabric and the larger you can put a 26 inch wide piece on. The key for all of these frames is the way you tighten them. It's a type of bolt on the side. This makes the frame tighten the fabric really well. I mean boy howdy it is tight. The JAT is not as fancy as the others but I like it so far. It also came in in 5 days after payment.
I have it balanced on the Q-snap attachment on my Needlework System 4 stand. It's working for me right now and it is just so tight I love it.

Wow you have a beautiful stitching room... I use a simply qsnap
I'm glad you like your new frame. I definitely wouldn't be without my Millennium frames and stand but luckily most of my items were purchased many years ago from craft fairs before the long waiting period occurred. :)
I love my frame like that but I think the man in Texas has stopped making them.
