Ah Man!

I have to start Thirteen Colonies all over. H E DOUBLE HOCKEY STICKS! Somehow, I messed up the measurement and my fabric is a good four inches too short. I am so mad at myself right now. I've already decided to go to In Stitches tomorrow and buy a new piece of fabric. Since I have to restart I'm going to get a 40 ct. Now, if I could just go to sleep. It's hard when I'm mad like this. I'm petting Gray the cat as I know his purring will calm me down. Oh, well, enough ranting.

Oh, good! We'll get to see you tomorrow! See, there's something good in everything...but I'm sorry about the re-do. I hate having a re-do, and usually I stuff the project away until I can face it again in a few months/years.

Uggg...that's no fun. Maybe you can salvage part of it for something. It will look better in the morning....

happy sleeping....

Don't you hate when that happens!? I am so sorry. Hope you can salvage the rest of the fabric for something really good.

Bummer.. That might make me too mad to re-start. Hope you just put it behind you and start stitching like it was all brand new!

Frustrating, such a miscount. But now you can make a new start on 40 count. Purring cats are very comforting in a sleepless night.

OMG so sorry to hear that, I know you were doing so great on it too. But you will love working on the 40 count and it will look wonderful.
And I am sure you can salvage the material for something else.

So sorry about the error! Hopefully you can salvage something from your first go round. On the bright side you get to go to In Stitches!!

Ugh, you poor thing. I've never had that happen to me but I'm always fearful it will some day.

OMG - how annoying..... I hope that you can maybe do something with what you have already stitched!

On the bright side - if you have enjoyed stitching it so far you will hopefully enjoy re-stitching it! Good luck with the re-stitch
